Sifu John Russell has over 30 years of experience in Martial Arts.

John moved to Birmingham from Bristol over 20 years ago. John is based in Birmingham, and is Master Yau's top Instructor in the Association.

John is the only person to have been awarded the grade of 7th Degree.

John returns once a month to the South West to teach an advanced class. Classes are held in Gloucester (see calendar on members page for details of the next class).

The Annual Summer Course is hosted by John, training is held over the period of a week and is well worth attending.
